To be fair, I've been here since Rolling In The Deep, she was never in my signature, but I remember when I lost power during Hurricane Irene in 2011 and I was listening to 21 while looking out the window and watching the transformers explode from the wind.
I should have realized then, that, that was a visual metaphor to what Adele was about to do to careers.
