The question of whether something is "natural" or not has no bearing on it's morality (not least because the word "natural" is incredibly vague). Even if we are "supposed" to eat meat (as though natural selection is some being with a purpose and goal rather than a slow physical process) that's certainly not an argument for it. Nature is not some benevolent force for good, it's simply a description of the
way things happen to be. Sure, you may contest this, but I'm sure I don't need to list for you the many dubious moral conclusions one comes to adhering to what nature "intended".

their ethical theories, on a forum intended for discussion?
It seems to be a trend on ATRL to point out that "everyone has their own opinion" as though this redundant observation is somehow a rebuttal to any stand point. Everyone knows everyone else has different values, morals and opinions, that's not a reason not to argue about them, otherwise what would be the fun in anything?
