Just to reiterate what were were thinking when we started this rate:
Originally it was supposed to be Cheryl, Nicole, Pixie and Jessie because they're all UK-based pop girls and they all flopped hard with their last releases (combined they've sold less than 200k albums
even though at one stage of time they could all sell 200k albums easily).
But we had to include 1D because Pixie was used in another rate and the rate was changed from the "Soggy Fish and Chips Rate" to "This Was Pop 2014". But we still kept the flop graphics and concept because we had already spent time making those graphics and thinking of the concept (and I guess FOUR was a minor underperformance for 1D, but still huge compared to the other 3 albums in this rate).
We even said to "refrain from reporting" because we hoped this would be a lighthearted thread where we could drag the worst songs, praise the best songs and celebrate these flop albums (minus FOUR) in a comedic way. If someone was upset about something we posted about their fave, they could've told us and we would've removed it
@ the report. They clearly don't understand the theme of this rate.
