Rihanna has yet to have a 0.1 quality of a legend. Making hit songs for 3 years because of continuous overexposure doesn't put her in the "legend treadmill". She didn't even come up with new genre or something. The music she's doing Hilary Duff has been doing since 2002. This is so ridiculous.

Don't get confused to say Rihanna is better than Beyonce. Just the sole fact that Marie is claiming she can't grow into what Beyonce has, with multiple hits and huge albums, is just stupid. Exactly. Rico, you love her now but in ten years we'll be looking back on her fondly as people look back on Olivia Newton-John or Cyndi Lauper (who is so much better than Rihanna ).

And, if Rihanna ever got a lifetime achievement award, I would be inclined to curl up and die, because she hasn't done anything special at all. Everything since 2006 has been handed to her on a silver platter. And she's still a whiny bitch in all of her interviews.

No, Beyonce is more valid as an artist than Rihanna. She (somewhat) writes her own music. Along with DC3 she has contributed a lot to the industry in the past ten years. She has a great voice and is an excellent performer. I'm not 100% sure how long she'll last, seeing as she's somewhat irrelevant at the moment, but I think if this album is a smash it will make it clear that she's here to stay.
