That's incorrect. The tour was promoted. When the second London date wasn't sold out it was promoted all over. It was kind of empty but was reported as being 100% sold out but that's another story. There's no shame in promoting, it doesn't guarantee success!

But Taylor's playing stadiums in Australia too  Her stadium tour in Australia starts in December, which would make her the first female artist in 20 years to headline a stadium tour there. The last one to have done it is Madonna and that was in 1993.

You put effort to discredit Rihanna and DWT, then you really believe in what you say, telling the Navy are the first to start a mess.
The arguments are lop-sided. You act like your fave (mentioned in this thread, expect P!nk, whose fans out here don't shade at all) haven't passed her 1st 100M mark with this year's tour, and 100M mark wasn't the 1st intention. You say Rihanna is underperforming (relatively or absolutely, depends on a user who says that), because she hasn't surpassed 150M mark while others are "likely to" or "could easily do with more dates". So, if Taylor did most of her gross in North America, she could easily reach more with more dates in Europe, cause "the demind is high". With Rihanna, it's not nearly an excuse (according to you), because "if she had the demand, she would add more dates". If Taylor sells most of her tickets in NA, that might mean she's a local force, but if Rihanna "doesn't sell out stadiums in US" (what did you say about arenas not being sold out?..), that means she's not internationally accepted, cuz USA is the "hardest market" (thanks for not being the entire world). If Beyonce sells tickets, that means "demand of GP" and nothing else, if Rihanna sells tickets, that means "low prices". If Rihanna sells out stadiums, that's "not a big deal (cuz the stadiums are in Europe)", and, yeah, she couldn't sell them out by herself, she did it only with the help of David Guetta! (I'm surprised this "argument" is still in discussion). If Beyonce doesn't, that means she could easily do, that's just not a real deal for her. If Beyonce performs on festival, you include the gross into the tour's. If Rihanna does a festival, people "doesn't really need her, they came for another artist" even if she was the only artist performing that day or so...
By the way. As you report, Mrs. Carter Show's European leg grossed 50+ M, NA leg - 45+, Australian - 30+. Round-off, 130M, and more NA dates left. Actual gross at the moment is less than/going to be nearly the same as Rihanna's. So, you blame her for "underperforming" , while she' surpassed/did the same gross as Beyonce, who "well-performing". Or Beyonce will finally surpass her with "huge" 5-10M difference or so, it will obviously mean Rihanna's underperforming, while Bey is well-performing...
But that was about relatively same number of concerts. You take South American leg of MCST into account, look at it as if you still compared 2 tours while one of them has its extra leg of concerts & gross. You say it doesn't really matter because if not Rihanna's "low demand", she would do the SA leg. But that's still an extra *****in' leg.
Where's the logic?

But All I have to say, is prepare for the next WW stadium tour that will be numbered EVEN more, and a longer tour. And yes high prices will be charged, the demand was amazing
