I remember being there 4 years ago, and the poem is typically the point where people start leaving. I mean, it's COLD and they've been standing there for hours to get a good place, so I don't blame them one bit.
Also, I'd be willing to bet that Kelly's mic wasn't as drowned at the Mall as it was on TV/the live streams...
