In the UK, We Found Love was considered Urban, basically if the song is recorded by an artists of black origin it is instantly urban. I mean nothing Flo Rida has released since his first album would I consider as Urban but I imagine he tops our urban chart regularly.

The UK genre charts do have many very questionable songs in them, but it's not simply based on skin colour. Some dance songs by Snoop Dogg, Chris Brown, Emeli Sande, Ludacris, Usher, Black Eyed Peas, etc. have been put in the dance chart too.
