I hope you know that's not true.
Urban always gets an adds date, the same as any other format. It's usually just not listen on All Access or FMQB online because they have their Urban adds dates messed up.
This will probably go for adds on April 16th along with Rhythmic or maybe even sooner. You will know, because when it does, it will get a lot of Urban adds all at once.
