I want to do it again this year but this time finish my countdown. I'll probably do a top 10 albums, top 10 singles and top 10 movies.

I pretty much have all of my songs and albums ranked since there really isn't much coming after Ke$ha besides Bruno (I'll just include him in next year's list).

That's what I did - and then I wrote descriptions for each song and album.

Pace yourself though - don't post your whole list at once. I learned that you'll get WAY less comments on it that way.

I'm considering canceling my "50 Album Tracks" and just identifying each album's 3 best songs during the "Top Albums" countdown.

Or maybe I'll do like a "20 (or 30) essential non-singles of 2012" instead of "50 album tracks."
50 is a lot of songs to have to write things for, and I'm not sure I really like the rank I've come up with.

I guess I'll see how much of the other stuff I get done before I decide.

You can go to the Best Of section right now by going to the YTT section and clicking on the "Best Of 2011" filter.
