hat I took away from it was that the maze represented her life problems. She was alone first, then she ate the poison strawberry (which represented love, although unknown to Katy it was poisoned, which means it was destined to turn against her) and gained the strength that love can bring you. After she shoots the firework out of her chest (I'm assuming that around the Firework video release was when the marriage started to go downhill) she started to feel its true effect on her, so then the little girl comes in, which represents Katy's inner self.
The first sign of trouble was when she couldn't break through that mirror, but that little girl helped her (meaning she found it inside of her to keep pushing through). When she's in the hospital wing she finally feels like giving up now that she see's that the strawberry was poisoned, she comes face to face with her inner demons (those minotaur's) but once again she conquers through.
On the last part of her challenge she sees prince charming, although secretly a test, she punches him out as the final end to her journey (the divorce). She no longer needs the little girls help since she's "wide awake" and they part ways. My theory is supported since on the bicycle it says "Katheryn".
Anyone figured out a meaning for the hedge thats shaped into a cat yet? That's the only part of the video that doesn't fit into the storyline in my head at all.
