J.Lo makes her second appearance on the list via the second single off "Love?". The song's infectious beat and catchy hook made me appreciate the song. Sadly, it failed to make the same impact as its predecessor.

RIHANNA
"CHEERS (DRINK TO THAT)"
RELEASE DATE: 2 August 2011 BEST PART: The interpolation of "I'm With You" + the chorus
Rihanna is one of the biggest artists this year. The singles from the "Loud" era were more impressive than those from the "Rated R" era. "Cheers" is a great R&B song and the sampling of Avril's "I'm With You" makes it more appealing. Expect more of Riri in this list.

BRITNEY SPEARS
"HOLD IT AGAINST ME"
RELEASE DATE: 11 January 2011 BEST PART: "If I said I want your body now, would you hold it against me?"
Britney was one of the first artists I loved back then. When I was a kid, I used to save my allowance just to buy a Britney Spears cassette tape. Honestly, I miss the old Brtiney. IMO, "Hold It Against Me" is nothing compared to her previous hits. I was never really got hooked into it.
