I'm 101% agree to you. Gaga is saving the best songs like Marry the Night, Scheibe, and Americano next year. And I think that Americano is the sequel of her previous video "Telephone".
I actually think this is smart...attention on Gaga will die down a bit, and she'll be able to smash again Holiday-time with "Marry The Night" - then continue through next year with "Scheiße," "Hair," "Americano," "Highway Unicorn," and ending the era in 2013 with "Heavy Metal Lover."

The only thing I dislike about this being a single is that it may deceive buyers. I don't want potential buyers to hear the song and then buy the album thinking they're going to find more songs like it because they're not I mean, I'm sure Interscope will be happy to sell records no matter how they can, but I still think it's deceptive and wrong
