That happened to me last Friday. I felt like I was gonna puke. Just go hard at it tomorrow to make up for it. How long did it take you to go 6 laps?

About 25 minutes, but around 10 of those minutes was resting, and trying not to puke. I am thinking of doing an early morning jog, But I don't think I can bring myself to wake up at 5:15 in the morning. I should have some time after school.

I'm in a rut, I'm pissed, depressed & sad, because results are just not showing up as well as I thought. I've been dieting and training and doing cardio since April 1 when I was 168. I'm now 151, there's a notable difference but I'm even more self concious than before because I'm loosing belly fat butnote It looks like I have boobs (I'm a 15 year old guy) and I NEED to get ride of them. I've been doing excersise properly but now they're killing my back so I have to stop & try a new approach. I no longer care about abs, I just want to loose all that fat on my chest.
I eat:
Breakfast: Granola, Piece Of Fruit, Water
Lunch: Gronola Bar, Sandwhich on Brown, Fruit, Water
Dinner: anything & water
I just need some help.

Also I'd like to mention I have arches in my feet so it pains so much after just a 20 minute run, though I love it, but I don't wanna wreck my feet for life. Any sugestions?
I JUST WANT THE BELLY FAT & MOOBS TO BE GONE.

Shut the FRONT DOOR, another 30-year old? YOU IS MY AGE. sorta. EDIT: N/M, you're still a kiddo.
I'm actually one of the ones who is happy to be aging. I don't know why, but I don't care to be in my twenties again. I had a really good experience, albeit the stupid **** that normal twenty-year olds pull. But I'm happy at this age.
Like I said, exercise becomes a bit more of a chore once you hit the big 30. I've actually been to a dietitian and between 27 and 30, my metabolism DID slow down! It's still pretty good, being that I do exercise regularly, but it's just an aging thing. You kinda have to step it up.
Also, be wary of losing more than 1-2 lbs per week. Any more than that is unhealthy and WILL CREEP ITS NASTY ASS BACK into your body like nothing.

FAN, I don't know exactly how tall you are but to me you don't really have much to worry about AT YOUR AGE. What you need to understand is you're still a baby. Your body hasn't fully grown yet. Wait till your 17-18 to do full-blown exercise schedules and grueling short-term diets. And need I say, you shouldn't be dieting right now to the extent as to where you're feeling depressed about yourself. Nobody should.
And with the back aches, you're probably not doing the exercise correctly. Or perhaps you're not giving your body enough time to rest and recover. Additionally, as we've mentioned before, abdominal exercises are absolutely pointless unless you have a weak core section (by genetics). Or you're looking into career as a body builder/model.
If you still want to lose weight just heap up on Granola for breakfast (we don't have that here in Australia, I had to look it up) and try and add a few more protein centered meals in between the mains. I suggest perhaps a can of tuna, a handful of almonds, peanut butter sandwich etc. And try walking before you run as a warm up, maybe your feet will feel better. Stretching is vital as well pre and post training, let's not forget that.
I hope this helps.

Which is why I love running early mornings. When my stomach is empty.

Aww baby. Just keep working hard and you will see results. It takes months even years but if you stay healthy and workout you should be fine.
If running's not your thing, there are so many other cardio options for you to try.

I'm at 148 lbs.
I'm only 17, but I love working out so much. It's part of my life and I think it will stay this was forever. I get so self conscious every time I don't work out.
Yea I've lost like 5 lbs in two months. I don't want to lose anymore, I just want to stay in shape.

I'm doing the Classic Phase as well. I'm on Week 11. You did Chest & Back yesterday, right? I did too. It's one of my least favorites. What did you think of it?

Yup, with ab ripper x. I loved it. My shoulders and abs are aching right now, but I love that feeling. Today, I do plyometrics and I'm super excited. I love jumping.
Girl, I love staring at his junk. You can see it jump sometimes.

I'm not too sore after yesterday, surprisingly. But yeah, I'm doing plyometrics too It's pretty difficult for me but I think you'll be fine since you do Insanity. My legs are soooo weak afterwards though.
I've never even noticed that. I've paid extra attention when his shirt accidentally lifts up sometimes though

I usually just clutch the ipod...I hate it. I use gummy headphones wen I run but I'm 6'5 so the headphones will fall out if I put my ipod in my pocket DX.
