I just needed someone to break the tie so that we could move on, and he was the first one in the thread. I also did it in another earlier round, when viCo picked Ricky Martin over Avril Lavigne.
As for why he voted for Selena over Chris, I have no idea. He might have been on crack or something. You'll have to ask him.
