So I just tested that PokéVision site... It said a Paras was on the corner near my house. I went there and there was rustling grass, but no Paras appeared. After 8 minutes, the site said it was gone, and then the rustling grass indeed disappeared.
This makes me assume the site is attuned to the grass, but the problem is that for me, the grass NEVER spawns Pokémon Does the grass work for any of y'all? I assumed it was broken just like the 3-step tracking feature.
Great Balls unlock at level 11, I think. Ultra at 20.

Grass almost never works for me, but Pokevision did.
Pokevision is amazing, i'm deadass using that later, but i'm worried because i scanned by entire town and only found one pokemon i don't have!
I'm hoping that's just because it's 5am.
I think that's just how it works; rare ones are only gonna up every now and then, and they also despawn faster. I just saw a Rhyhorn and Exeggcute in my area and I've never come across them But I'm not going outside cause it's 100 degrees out
