Sheree's house is not done though. It's not even close to being done in the interior.

Between tax liens, water damage inside and suing insurance companies I'm not sure why they are pretending her house is done.

Sheree has some nerve coming for Moore Manor when Kenya was not only moved in but had a housewarming at the beginning of filming.
I mean at least we saw Moore Manor outside and the bathroom. kitchen and closet space.

what have we seen inside of Chateau sheree.
The pics from Sept 2016 on the exterior are concerning.
As a houseowner, I'm not sure how it can get it's proper certifications

I agree. Phaedra is smart/sneaky/crafty and so is Kenya.

Poor phaedra had to deal with Porsha and her nonsense and when you are like Phaedra (5 degrees and intelligent if she's a fraud) it has to be draining to deal with someone who isn't that smart.

I saw Nene at her stand up show she did in Chicago last night. I asked her in the meet and greets was she gonna return to RHOA she said definitely for season 10. Basically she's been giving Carlos the side eye ever since he brought Claudia on

A shame nene had to learn that RHOA was what made other prospects interested in her.
After a couple of seasons without a peach it seems she now wants back in.

The good thing if Nene returns is that the show will be STACKED properly.

Kenya, Kandi, Nene, Sheree with Cynthia in there but then you have Phaedra and Porsha it becomes 3 weak links that need to be replaced.

I can't see Andy letting Phaedra go although he should.
i can see Nene stacking with Kandi, Kenya and Cynthia and eventually the two Ps will have to find something to save themselves (Phaedra moreso than Porsha)

Tammi seemed too high

I love Marlo but tbh she doesn't deserve a peach considering what these girls have to go through to get one and maintain one.

I felt as though the trailer and everything seemed like she was a peach holder but was going to be the first one either fired or demoted whenever a shakeup occurs.

She needs to be a FOH in the future at best but I feel like this season will be her swan song. At least she has a storyline this season.

Cynthia needs to be the camille in future seasons.
They need to find someone just like porsha but with more of a brain to replace her
Phaedra needs to go too.

She'll act a fool and look a fool (because, Chateau sheree/no marketable skills for employment/delusion) for bravo coins. She's a goldmine because she's not smart but she's quick witted.

Sheree is just not marketable... Ppl keep saying fitness stuff.. her body didn't look all the way together in these scenes. Sheree is just too old and too late. She could've been a pioneer and had a fitness clothing line way back when before it became the IT thing. She's just not business savvy like Nene, Kim & Lisa. Kenya better log into LSA weekly and note down all the reads so she can have vault of reads to go in on Sheree.

I'm also Team Sheree and Cynthia. I've got a soft spot for them and always enjoy what they bring to the show.

I could take or leave Phaedra and Porsha, but the audience likes them. They're not going anywhere.

I don't mind if these six are the main focus and they have more interactions with friends (like Shamea, Marlo, etc). Any new girl who gets a little shine on some episodes (like Demetria did) is good for me. And I know Nene will be back, I think they should continue to have her come in mid-season. Nene in moderation is a good thing.

I'd like to see some of the housewives from previous season make special appearance throughout also, like Claudia, Kim Z, and Lisa Wu.

Chyle, Team Nene can type all they want on social media. Claudia read Nene ha Miranda rights and Nene took it like a pro. Claudia did make a little 5 second appearance at the Moore Hair launch. But she wasn't allowed to film with the rest of the cast.

Yeah I like Cynthia and think she has a storyline this season but I feel as though it might be her time to bow out because what more does she have to offer. Peter was her best asset keeping her in the game this long.

Like Sheree too. She can find many reasons to come for Kenya...housing is not one of them.

Yeah Nene in small doses is fine.

However, I don't think Bravo wanted her back this season per sources and even her own statement.

I think she wants to be back on RHOA now more than ever now that they've turned away from her and she knows the show REALLY can go on without her.

She, Kenya, Kandi and Cynthia (FOH) would have a great dynamic.

not sure about her relationship with Porsha or even Phaedra besides the fakeness a couple seasons ago

With nene returning I could see Cynthia staying in season 10 for some reason and Kandi and Kenya in that alliance.

Sheree won't be in alliance with Nene or Kenya after this season but still she's cool with Kandi and Cynthia.
