Who knows? Especially since Sara, Thea and Felicity don't exist in the comics.

She does. She becomes Speedy. Speedy in the comics is a girl called Mia Dearden (she's the arrow's side kick), which is why i got a biT excited when that guy in Corto Maltese called her Mia. And to also add, Oliver's been calling her Speedy since like the first episode.

i literally just realized this and came here, mess at me not making the connection i was looking up something else and i stumbled upon Thea on DC wikia they have her as Thea Dearden Queen and i was like "omg Mia Dearden, Speedy and Speedy" i totally had an epiphany. I've been so slow cause i so overlooked when they referred to her as Mia in Corto Maltese too till now that you mentioned it probably also cause ive never been too aware of her since Smallville and even then

i feel better now since i thought she was gonna end up a villain. . i love this show, i hope it gets an ending and doesnt just randomly get cancelled at some point. it does well in the ratings, right?

also, anyone watching The Flash? saw the first ep, and i found the writing somewhat corny, does it get better? i wanna watch since i know theres gonna be Arrow/Flash crossovers and those are always exciting.

And 90% of Arrow's viewers don't read comics (why do you think every advertisement/poster features a shirtless guy) so don't try to cling to the notion that they "have to follow the comics." Fan reaction to Felicity has been overwhelmingly positive, while fan reaction to Laurel has been overwhelmingly negative.

None of us know what the endgame will be. It might align closely with the comics, it might not.

even if we know oliver and laurel will end up togheter , i don't see why oliver can't have a love story with felicity even for just one season!everyone want it and writers are teasing it since the beginning of season 2
