I think Get Lucky might debut top 10, as it broke the first day streaming record on Spotify. Airplay holds it back though obviously (although songs like The Way and Radioactive got top 10 with not much airplay too recently).
The following list represents the top streamed tracks on Spotify from Monday, April 15, to Sunday, April 21 (source: The Associated Press)
UNITED STATES:
1. Macklemore & Ryan Lewis feat. Ray Dalton, "Can't Hold Us" (Macklemore)
2. Imagine Dragons, "Radioactive" (Interscope Records)
3. Macklemore & Ryan Lewis feat. Wanz, "Thrift Shop" (Macklemore)
4. Justin Timberlake, "Mirrors" (RCA Records)
5. P!nk, "Just Give Me a Reason" (RCA Records)
6. Bruno Mars, "When I Was Your Man" (Atlantic Records)
7. Justin Timberlake featuring Jay-Z, "Suit & Tie" (RCA Records)
8. Daft Punk, "Get Lucky—Radio Edit" (Columbia Records)
9. Lil Wayne, "Love Me" (Cash Money Records)
10. The Lumineers, "Ho Hey" (Dualtone Music Group Inc.)
Can someone please explain how Gentlemen getting into the top 10(or 5) next week is an accurate representation of the "popular" songs when it's already making its way out of the top 50 on US iTunes?(in the 40's right now)
Billboard is a hot ass mess for allowing this. At least with GS, both were somewhat popular

I guess it's Karma this time, considering how terribly GS was blocked by OMN.
