What surprises me the most is that it was a Dutch magazine. Don't they smoke weed, allow gay marriage, practice euthanasia, use prostitutes, have hundreds of mosques? Yet they still write racist articles! That doesn't make any sense. I thought they were mega-liberal down there 
Anyway...
M.I.A. is still the queen of going off on the internet, but Rihanna may be catching up. They even got her native country wrong. Jamaica...
That article is a mess. Someone may be getting fired

Don't be talking about 'them' as if this magazine represents the entire country. It clearly doesn't. In fact I don't even think the article was supposed to be racist at all, but whatever the author was trying to do, he/she just failed miserably.

Don't act like the whole country said those things about Rihanna.
