Omg. I am going to go insane. I know its best for Rihanna if this happens but I can't wait that long. If we have to wait that long, then we better not get the first single for ages, or like a New Year premiere or something. The 3 month long from Only Girl to Loud killed me. I can't endure something like that again.

How would you feel if Rihanna did a Pop/Rock album? (When I say you I mean everyone) I am personally not here for that, but do you think it would be "experimental" for Rihanna?

For viewing purposes. 
I just don't understand how the stans can be so excited for this. Yes it's new music great, but you guys are passing up the overexposure part of it. All you guys ever seem to care about is NEW MUSIC. NEW MUSIC. NEW MUSIC. But then you all wonder why Rihanna is "the easiest to drag". She's not making it so hard for anyone.

I don't place ATRL high enough on my priorities to care about dragging in the wake of new Rihanna music, tbh. I do agree a bit on the over-exposure, and that is why I still hope for an EP. Actually, tbqh, I am a little afraid that if its NOT an EP, we won't get any #1's from this new era. I need atleast 2 to be satisfied for the new era. But if it IS an EP, then I don't need any #1's and I don't care about over-exposure in the slightest. 
I guess now we just wait for the next announcement from Rihanna.

I would like the new material to sound like Nelly Furtado's "Loose". I know Riri and Nelly are a lot different, but I would die of happiness if Riri gave me something epic like "Say It Right" - serious, but still not dark, still very catchy and radio friendly....or "All Good Things" epic pop/R&B ballad...or some uptempo ballad. I love uptempo ballads.

There were definitely Pop/Rock influences, but there were also Hip-Hop influences, dubstep, and a whole range of other genres, such as latin for Te Amo. I mean an album that is like 80% Pop/Rock, which I am not here for.
I am here for dubstep, hip-hop, and pretty much everything urban.

Is Complicated not to your liking? You made it sound like Rihanna hasn't done uptempo ballads before.

It's more about lack of success and less about ATRL. Rihanna isn't on Forbes because everytime she makes money it's thrown right into her hair, writing sessions, and studio time with producers. She could be making tons more money if she'd invest more time into her endorsements and things like her clothing line and perfume.
And the Grammys weren't checking for Loud and probably won't for this next album if it's just as rushed and lacks substance.
And lastly the overexposure. I would love music from her all the time but the general population is known to bore of things easily and Rihanna is all over the radio then it comes to a point where people are sick of hearing her.
And then Rihanna seems to feel like she's too good to show up at some award shows and at least give fans something to look forward to. And if she doesn't incorporate more choreo like in WMN?, or a wow factor, the general public won't be checking for her performances either.

I use to really hate Rihanna! Until I got a copy of Rater R, thats what made me start really liking her. Then with Loud I started loving her, god only knows what this album will do to me.
