Ummm.....no. Bey has more iconic hits and hits overall than Tina Turner #fact.
What the ****?
What's Love Got To Do With It? And Simply the Best are far more remembered and iconic than any song by any pop girl from the last 20 years including Beyonce.
Pretty sure Single Ladies & Crazy In Love are bigger classics than Sweet Home Alabama.
& it's kinda dumb to point out she didn't have a huge record-breaking classic album. Nobody does these days except for like 3 artists since albums ofcourse, don't sell a quarter of what they use to.
Who is Kid Rock? I've never heard of him. Where is he from? Sounds like a one-hit-wonder in 90s trying to stay relevant among the new generation by attacking Beyoncé.
sexually liberated is such a cloudy term.. could mean anyth.. in Beyoncé's case it also means to wafe your ass into the camera at every single performance.
99% of all female superstars use sex to sell their products.. nothing special about that.
You're wrong. Just because Beyoncé has an amazing body and doesn't dress like a nun, doesn't mean she just "shakes her ass". Actually, her "Drunk In Love" performance at the Grammys is the first time I saw Beyoncé act very sexual on stage during a televised performance since the Cater 2 U performance in 2005.
Why doesn't anyone say that Taylor Swift was just shaking her ass during this performance? It shouldn't be that hard to figure out. The ignorance on ATRL never fails to amaze me.
Beyonce is overrated for sure. She makes catchy music, but it lacks the artistry that makes timeless classics. That's what happens when you have millions of song writers, fake grammys, and the Jay-z hype machine behind you. With that said, "Single ladies", "hale" and "irreplaceable" have the potential to last the test of time.
The point he's trying to make is that, Beyonce SHOULD have a "purple rain", "thriller", "hey jude" for justify all the fake stanning/bandwagoning that people and basics do. But - she does not.
I love how when you talk about being iconic, yall dont consider the world outside the US. In Europe except for a niche Market noone knows Sweet Home Alabama or that rock&roll song yall keep mentioning
