Well she says she wasn't roofied. The second question proves she blacked out and woke up in Dr. Luke's bed (which could have been from drinking for all we know). The plane thing is just about making out, and she says that they never had sex.

It doesn't add a lot, imo, but it's interesting.

That's my exact train of thought...

However it's up to the jury to decide whether they are going to believe her in her claims or not after this supposed perjury. She better have some evidence, which I'm sure she and her lawyer do.

If I were Kesha, I would settle this out of court. Drop the suit, so long as Luke drops his too, and they part ways.

She already tried to settle this out of court tho. She came forward with all of this because he wouldnt let her go.

I still 100% believe Luke is guilty. However, people thinking this will help her in front of a judge are kidding themselves. Perjury is a big deal and not taken lightly, and will make it very easy for Luke's lawyer to cast a lot of doubt on anything she claims or testifies, and even call her character into question. I don't see this doing anything for her case in a court of law She could still win, she has a good lawyer and if they deliver on evidence and others coming forward, they'll be aces. But this will not help her, not one bit.
