With my summer almost over, I pretty much realized that there were a handful of songs that I barely listened to that i just had to drop from the countdown.
The songs that fell out are:
Rachel Crow - Mean Girls
P!nk - Blow Me (One Last Kiss)
JoJo - Demonstrate
Nicki Minaj - Whip it
Selena Gomez & The Scene - Middle of Nowhere
B.o.B. f. Taylor Swift - Both Of Us
Kelly Clarkson - Dark Side
Nelly Furtado - Big Hoops (Bigger the Better)
One Direction - What Makes You Beautiful (retired)
They make room for 9 debuts, two from Cascada, two from Ke$ha, one from Miley, one from Bridgit, one from Olly Murs, one from Ellie Goulding, and a huge debut from Taylor Swift. We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together bows at #2.
In addition, a huge splurge of playtime gives Wide Awake back to the #1 spot, thanks to a remix. Call Me Maybe, thanks to the fact I am SICK of this song losing in games on here, gave me enough rage to get back into this song. Lights also regains, and Give your Heart a Break regains thanks to another remix.
Because of all the movement, Carrie Underwood is forever blown away from the #1 spot as she is blown away to #10.
Now that I'm a BIT happier with the countdown, what will happen now? Just tune in next week!

Since there is now an official version out, I'm gonna give it some promotion: so here it is, the official version of Home by Shayan Farzadpour f. Kara Hayes, Kiki Halliday, & Macie Ming. P.S. - try and spot me in the video
Elsewhere, Ellie Goulding retires after spending 28 weeks on the chart with Lights. The song peaked at #2 during it's chart run. Ellie won't be going anywhere as her new song Anything Could Happen is fresh and ready to continue Ellie's charm.
An end of summer countdown will be posted later today.
Anyways, I start college this upcoming week, which means less time on the computer, and more time using my iPod. Which songs will gain? Just find out.
