Her Japanese label said it was 18 tracks for Japan with 3 of them being exclusive to Japan (x). Maybe the tracklist differs depending on where you live? Maybe there is a Target deluxe that bumps the deluxe up to 17 tracks? But wouldn't that mean there would be 20 tracks avaliable WW if 3 are Japan exclusive? Urgh, so confusing.
Who knows. I just need her to announce the damn album date and put the pre-order on iTunes.

Noonie Bao's biggest claim to fame is being the singer of two tracks on that terrible Clean Bandit album, though she did co-write some of the best tracks on Charli XCX's latest, namely Doing It, Need Ur Luv, and Breaking Up.

so far, it looks like she just worked with Max Martin–adjacent people from Wolf Cousins...... which is cool and all, but I still don't think she ACTUALLY worked with Max.
