Million Reasons is cute and Me Too is a bop

I prefer Heathens, but I'm a sucker for darker, more brooding music.

Out of the Woods was one of my favs from the album release. When it FINALLY got released as a single it was kinda worn out, but still good
No was great
Be Alright I just LOVE her dancing in the live SNL version
"Acquainted" is probably my favourite track on Beauty Behind The Madness. When I first heard the "Girls Born In The 90s" demo, I was really hoping that he'd release it in some capacity and when I listened to "Acquainted" for the first time up to the tempo change, I loved it, but when I heard that "Acquainted" was the reworked version of "Girls Born In The 90s", I was so excited and I was so happy that this track was amazing. I have decided against putting it in my official countdown only because I enjoyed it mostly in 2015. However, it was added to Urban radio in 2016. Last year, this would have probably been top 10, but this year, I think it would fit nicely in this update.
The pairing of Nick Jonas and Tove Lo makes for an amazing sexy, slow jam and they sound amazing. The chemistry that they have really elevates the track to a new level. Their tone is so deliciously seductive and then when it explodes in the chorus, WHEW.
I adore how the instrumental sounds like an old 90s Mario or Donkey Kong game. Her music is so different and quirky and it's super fun to follow along. The chorus is amazing with that high pitched voice she sings in.
Now, how I found Brooke is quite interesting (to me, at least). I participated in a game called "Snat Snatch" and we each submitted an artist. After sign ups were closed, we each received an artist that we had to stan for that week. I received Brooke Candy and at this point, I had no idea who she was. I googled searched her and this is what I found on Wikipedia:
" She is best known for co-starring in the music video for Grimes' single "Genesis"."
It goes without saying that I was dreading the week. However, once I actually started to listen to her music, I was thoroughly impressed and I also stumbled upon this gem called "Happy Days". The lyrics are great and quite thought-evoking. I'm excited for her album.
Her vocals on this track are flawless. She croons over a mellow beat during the verses which crescendoes into a bouncy chorus that is pure fun. The way she sings "But you got me bound to you, bound to you", goodbye every last follicle.
While I absolutely DETEST the fact that she gave this song a tour video, the song itself is fantastic. It's pretty relatable and the chorus is sensational.
