Not dead yet. Today was its adds date and it got eight adds, one of which is XM's 20 on 20! Sirius Hits also has started playing it, too. Both get about two million listeners a week, so that's good news! It'll probably fall a little bit more, but it'll pick up again pretty soon.
I think it'll be able to pass "Poker Face" with not much trouble. "Sugar" and "Boom Boom Pow" will be a little harder, though. It predict number three at the most at the moment. Maybe a little extra promo will push it up past "Sugar," but as for passing "Boom Boom Pow," I don't see that happening.
