GFY probably would have achieved a Germany's gold certification if she had promoted there. Its performance in Australia is impressive. I think it would have been better business promoting in those two countries than UK for album sales. Not that I think UK promo is bad idea, but if the budget is low, the promo needs to be better planned in ways that are more effective.
Europe is not here for SOL.
The thread's title needs to be changed. That achievement does no longer seem impressive at this moment.

According to Nielsen Music, the second “Revival” single sold 46,698 paid US downloads during the November 13-19 tracking week. The tally brought the song’s cumulative US total to 507,437.

Yeah, I wish she'd have promoted in Australia and Germany. The UK is just not here for her, it seems. While Good for You went Silver, radio didn't play her and the album sales were tragic. If she's going to promote there, I want big promo like the X Factor.
