No, 90 million people didn't hear the song on the radio is the past week, but yes, 84% on Americans still listen to the radio at least once per week. (That's about 260,400,000 people.) The 90 million means that it was heard 90 million times. One play could equal .005 million, so an estimated 5,000 people heard it on that play, and then the second spin couple equal .006 million, so 6,000 people heard it on that play. However, we have no way of knowing if 5,000 of those 6,000 people are the same listeners from the first spin or if it's totally new people. I hope I explained that well enough.
