Tolerating sexual harassment against women perpetuates rape culture because it promotes the idea that women are the ones who should have to dress, walk and behave a certain way, when the reality of it is that men should learn to keep their ashy dicks to themselves when no one's asking.

You can't be this naive though. Sign up for Grindr, Tinder, Kik, Snapchat, or anything where you can add strangers you're going to meet your share of perverts. The bigger crime is that people are still sending nudes with their face include in it. Its 2014, like people, don't show your face.
Hmmm I don't like this comparison. Sending nudes without permission is scummy and terrible but touching someone without permission is a LOT worse.

The principle is still the same due to it being unwanted. Yes touching is worse but both are bad.
