I don't even care that we have to wait that long. I mean we waited 2 years, 3 more months won't hurt. Plus we have a lot of promo (& possible features) coming up to keep us satisfied until the album drops.

What's bothering me is this:
1. She is releasing on a friday
2. She is releasing when Anaconda & BB are done slaying, and releasing 3 singles before the album is too much imo
3. I wanted the date reveal to be more special. Not Billboard or beatsbydre announcing it

However, she could release the winter urban-R&B smash just before the album which would be ideal if she's releasing that late.

Drake also released his lead single in Feb then the album in Sept. Young Money is good at building hype over a long period.

No. I think she specifically said in one of the interviews or something that there will be a third song released before the album. She didn't specifically say it would be a single but that's what she said if I remember correctly.
