How is it their problem?! Of course they're going to add new features to their latest hardware. Stop being dramatic and pay up or stop complaining. That's how the world of technology works, you're always going to be outdated. To expect them to attempt multitasking with 1GB of RAM is ridiculous. The iPad 2 was released 4 years ago and that only had 512MB of RAM and didn't even have Retina but it's still getting iOS 9. Apple has done more than enough with supporting old hardware.
