This discussion is idiotic, but since you're trying to deny what was the
first argument of this...
1. The point to release at the 'same time' is to see who ends up debuting higher. Like you said yourself, 'The Fame' already outsold 'Circus' (I won't get into some of the reasons
why, but you can wonder...), and they don't have release albums at the same time for that to happen - or not - again. That said, Gaga was far from a newcomer when 'The Fame Monster' was released, and even if we combine the sales from the EP and the re-release, she still couldn't even sell 400k, while 'Circus' sold 505k. You do the rest of the math, huh?
2. Which is still Top 10? 'Circus' was never re-released and its last single was 'If U Seek Amy', released in March of 2009 - 'Radar' is a 'Blackout' song.
On top of that Britney hasn't promoted in the US since December of 2008. How stupid is that "point" of yours?
