I don't see how it'd be "selling out" unless you view house/dance music as inherently more artless, in which case you may want to reevaluate who you stan for. If she could make an organic transition to house without sacrificing the craft of her music she wouldn't be selling out.
To me, "selling out" would be intentionally sullying your work solely for the sake of appealing to a wider and more marketable audience. For example, some took Lana changing the lyrics of "Born to Die" from "****ing in the pouring rain" to "kissing in the pouring rain" as a sign of her "selling out."
