I think it's the angles, but even if she did do plastic surgery, why does it matter? When someone is perfect and they get plastic surgery, everyone is all "ugh why did she do it" but when someone who has something minor to fix and they do it, everyone freaks and goes "She got plastic surgery!!!!!".
