Its definitely not the TIHWD remix because Dr. Luke and Cirkut didn't produce TIHWD. Plus why would Katy attend the VMAs with Riff Raff and then push a Nicki remix a few days later? It doesn't make any sense.
This is either a new single ft. Katy or Nicki's album with a Katy collab. Or Katy's tweet isn't related to Dr. Luke's.
I doubt she'll surprise release, since Anaconda doesn't come out in the UK until October 5th. They wouldn't put it up for pre-order if there wasn't a set release date.
