yeah, if you start getting too close to the deadline and you're worried your mentor isn't awake, etc. then just send it. but make sure you check, check, and check AGAIN for any errors, etc. and to make sure you formatted your entry the way you wanted. once you submit to me (unless you're on my team), it's FINAL!
