"You have to tell the story the way it happened to you, it doesn't matter that I sold 7 million copies of that album before then." So what are you talking about? It's okay for him to say she owes him sex, that he made her famous, but somehow the use of "that bitch" is what is such a crime?
NAH. It's more like my mom calling and saying she wants to take money from my wallet. "Can I have like 400 or 500 dollars from your wallet?" I say "take any amount you want" and then I get mad because she took $500.

Yes I counted! It's ridiculous how oversaturated this forum has been with Taylor. I don't want to see her name that much it's annoying.
Anyways, no, in the call, she doesn't approve Kanye making her famous - she jokes about the incident at the VMAS increasing her celebrity status but that's it. She didn't even know that line was added to the song, and the inclusion of an abrasive word - REGARDLESS of bitch or if he would've substituted it for any other demeaning title - made Taylor realize she should've never agreed to the song in the first place. So yes she went back on her word. But she did it because she realized, hearing the song, that it wasn't satirical at all.
And in regards to your hypothetical, no, the 500 would never be mentioned much like "I made that bitch famous."
