Ke$ha would never sing/rap such non-sensical lyrics. As much hate as Ke$ha gets, her lyrics always have clever humor & MAKE SENSE to the subject of the song.
Nicki's lyrics are usually VERY clever but she really dropped the ball on this song.
Ke$ha has never released a song as bad as Starships, not even the awful We R Who We R.

I said so. And I only mentioned Ke$ha because Reo said no one else could do this song, but she's the only other that could and probably made it a better one.
Ok, it's a pop mess in general, but it's a cool combination of many sounds.. It's a great song, cool song to listen, catchy, maybe one of the best Nicki singles so far

I agree with what other people are saying. Starships is stepping into Ke$ha territory imo (and Ke$ha isn't even a proper rapper, but she does it good enough on her songs).
If Nicki keeps doing songs like that, all that will happen is that she'll end up the same as Flo Rida, Pitbull, etc. where she'll get practically kicked out of the hip hop genre, and another talented rapper will get popular and fill her current niche.
It's lucky Nicki is in Young Money tbh, so she'll manage to stay in the urban crowd whilst doing a lot of pop songs like Rihanna does, just because they collab and use the same studios as a bunch of proper urban artists.
I'm so disappointed that Nicki worked with RedOne. RedOne knows nothing about urban music.

Yeah, Trina killed it. But it isn't about who gave the best verse, It's about that Nicki back then is much better than Nicki today. Ofcourse, I need to listen to Roman Reloaded before judging but...
