Hilary is a Britney wannabe. Her songs are good but she is. She used to want to be just like her when Lizzie Mcguire was on. Britney may not be the best singer in the world but she can sing way better than Horsery. To this day i have yet to hear Hilary sing COMPLETELY live. If Britney isnt a legend as a singer than why did she sell 83 million records Worldwide in the last 9 years. Thats a Legend. And the fact that she is an amazing performer just adds to it. And the fact that she can still sell 800k+ with no promo and horrible press is amazing and only a legend could do that. Britney is a legend
