I wonder if they really are holding back in order to sort of re-launch DWUW with a second phase thanks to a rehashed video and the Christina remix?

It really wouldn't be too difficult to have Christina filmed in a white box studio and inserted into the cut, but I doubt that's happening. Maybe it's best to leave it as a remix and if it takes off - great, and if it doesn't - no real loss.
