Driving in big cities can be super stressful
For me the problem is that everything moves very fast so you have to decide quickly where you want to go, which direction and if you need to switch lanes or not - so there's just not enough time to read the signs, and then you end up taking a wrong turn and it's usually a one-way street and you have no idea how to get back. It always makes me freak out
Apart from that I love it actually.
