Host commentary - It is just pure 80s euphoria in a single track. Would have been a perfect single choice. Her original sex bop.
Guest commentary Subomie - Cool and funky but maybe a bit long? Would be a 10 from me at 4 minutes or so.
Mr. Fahrenheit - This should have been a single, what an under-appreciated song, should be in that hits medley on the new tour instead of "Everybody"
Lifeline - One blissful, heavenly stretched orgasm of a song.Oh and let me make it clear again, it's Do What U Want ha secret inspiration. But credit what u want, White Shadow.
Reinvention – A bit dire, but I'm sure it has people who worship and praise it as her golden day. Hardly.
Eeveelution - I'd give this my 11 but y'all are gonna butcher this because it's from the debut. The ultimate bop and it doesn't drag at all despite the length. Also has flawless production and weirdly sounds less dated than a lot of her 90s stuff. Poor Bedtime Storiezzz
eli’s_rhythm - simply fabulous in the gayest way
Alongoria13 - Very hot song and definitely overlooked
67. Think of Me
Average - 7.035 Album: Madonna Rank within album: 1st/2nd of 10
Host commentary - One of the strongest tracks lyrically from her debut and the production is simply immaculate. That sax is everything. There is really no excuse for this not being top 30.
Guest commentary HonourableVomit -From the Psycho-esque intro to the synths coming in, this is quintessential 80s Madonna at her best. The sass in the lyrics masquerades the desperation & hurt that she's really singing about here, it's by no means a fluffy pop love song. Plus THAT SAX!! This song is something special.
Subomie - The chorus is so good, and whoever said hearing it as "Finger Me" ruined it is wrong. It's the opposite.
Lifeline - THIS is the most underrated track on 'Madonna'. Dare I say it was even more single worthy than M's debut single 'Everybody'? It's just as fun as 'Burning Up'. Best part of the song: "Stop wastin' all my time You know it could have been so fine Hey boy I'm waitin' on a siiiign Don't you know there's someone else Stop thinking of yourseeeeelf"
Eeveelution- No one talks about this, but it's kinda one of her best album tracks.
Album average: 5.588

Host commentary: A truly flawless slice of 80s pop and in my trinity of Madonna albums. Even I Know It (the low point) is good. It just puts a smile on your face when you listen to it. I’ll never forgive Humoresque for giving it all 1s. I’m not revealing the averages without the demos til the end, but this album is 9th of 15 without demos.
LoveLiveMusic's guest album commentary: A lot of the earlier Madonna tracks (Pre-Madonna album) I was never really into aside from the ones that have a higher rating., To me it all has a very Blondie sound to it which isn’t a bad thing, but the new wave/disco/rock sound wasn’t really her niche. Madonna is such a great and timeless album. The sound itself is nothing pioneering, just fitting in with the sound, but Madonna really managed to have great singles that still get radio play..
why the **** IS PHYSICAL ATTRACTION OUT. OMG SERIOUSLY.
Like, I understand when people bash Hard Grammy, I get it, she is old, she looked ugly, she sang about her chocho a lot, the cover is polarizing, etc, etc etc, yet this fine ass song, coming from her iconic debut, is punched out before the top 40, omg
