Here's my final prediction. Bonnie killed Lilia out of jealously for having an affair with Sam. Rebecca was going round to sell Lilia drugs and discovered the body, she didn't know what to do so she calls Rudy. They decide to hide the body in the water tank because Rebecca would be a prime suspect because she was selling drugs to her. Connor dies at the end of the episode.
