Yes, it's called a fistula (mentioned that pages ago)
It happens mostly to young women who don't have the hips necessary to make room for birth so it rips the vagina wide open, spilling its contents
The woman is left incontinent and is socially shamed if not fixed. It's like $300 to repair but it happens in mostly poorer countries and they can't afford it
