Figure out how many calories your body needs each day (there are calculators online for this) and create a caloric deficit each day of about 500. Mix in some cardio and ab work and your stomach will start to poke through.
The calorie calculators are just estimates though, so you might need to do some tweaking/experimenting with your diet and exercise plan. But since you already have so little fat covering your abdominal area it won't take much for some definition to show through.
Just stay away from simple carbs (sugar especially).
