Well, I haven't had the time to post this, but I just got to say Gaga's performance was the best of the night and after thinking about it, I think it can be considered iconic. The monologue at the beginning was a great idea and it was fantastic. Her vocals were great and who won't remeber Jo Calderone when talking about the VMAs in the future.
She definitely saved what was, imo, one of the worst Video Music Awards .

Jo was great for one night, but for a whole album or a whole era... just no.
By the way, I have read some of comments in some forums (not this one) that Gaga was kind of arrogant, bitchy, and not herself at all.
Didn't they understand that her intention was not to be herself and that she was playing a role?
