But ARTPOP is free falling WW and especially in the US, what's the point of putting $$$ in promoting a dead (by the time the grammys will be aired ) album ?

Wow... Gaga has worked on this album for 2 years. And its free falling. I have always said and will always say it. Whenever Gaga takes too much time to do something she always falls. Look at TFM. She wrote it for less than a year and look how it turned out
Once Gaga starts the tour she won't give two ****s about releasing new music. So enjoy ARTPOP, sisters, because we ain't getting a new album before early 2016.
But Volume II is part of ARTPOP, it's not like she was completely changing of eras 5 months after its release or something.
Oh well, we don't even know if she'll be at the Grammy now that they payed her dust.

Did you even read my post ? Last era Gaga had over 70 on metacritic, a 8 million selling lead single, a 6 million selling album, several Grammy Awards, so no wonder she thought she was still on top of the world and came back messier than ever.
