I agree, looks shouldn't be the main thing. Though I do believe she is incredibly far out of his league. But let's forget that for a minute -- the conversation she had with Paul and Vic after she thought she was going to get put up was telling of their relationship. Definitely came across to me like she stuck by him as a strategy and sold him out when she thought she was in trouble.
I only saw the TV edit of that conversation so maybe it came across differently. But in my opinion, it was more strategy than anything romantic.
