Bernie is faking his spiel about party unity. He answers every question he gets about the difficulties and possibilities of gridlock by defaulting to the idea that the American people will just elect people that will work with him and pass his proposals and has failed to do anything to help the party in building up candidates for these positions. He's simply using the Democratic platform to win the presidency, he's not serious about party unity.

Hillary supporters are pledging against Donald Trump or any other republican candidate because most of us would rather have Bernie.
