Clearly what's happened is Gaga's editors made a silly error in forgetting to edit them out. But the monsters would turn even that into a conspiracy.
Things like this are why everyone thinks the monster fanbase is a joke tbh.

It's not a conspiracy, it's kind of the point of the gazing balls...

Leave it to Jeff Koons to take the most commonplace of objects and turn them into art. Gazing Ball is Koons' first show in New York since his presentation at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in 2008. This new series consists of hand-blown blue glass balls that balance atop white plaster sculptures. "I wanted to show the affirmation, generosity, sense of place, and joy of the senses that the gazing ball symbolizes," Koons notes. And this is achieved: as you stand in front of the mirrored spherical objects (usually found scattered across suburban lawns), your sense of self in the space is warped and heightened and you become increasingly aware of the people around you. And many there were! Both gallery spaces were packed with eager attendees.

There's no way the reflections were accidentally left in there.
Also, Gaga has made a point of exposing some of the "magic" so far this era, eg. all her costume changes at the iTunes festival and the VMAs, taking off her wig for Swine and doing a speech about what her wigs mean, etc. I quoted a post from a theater student on GGD a few weeks ago actually, where they explained it's probably inspired by a form of theater where they do all costume and set changes right in front of you, kind of breaking the fourth wall (even though that's a TV term, idk how else to explain it

). So I feel like this goes right along with it.
